What People's Say About Place

I found the food and service to be excellent. Be sure to look for Chloe, she is a highly attentive and spirited bartender. The Ahi Poke Tuna salad is great, so is the cheesecake, very decadent.

I had a great experience here! The food was fresh and very tasty, cocktails were well made, and the service was great! The poor server, Tae, was all by himself, running around putting together go orders, bussing tables and seating guests all on top of serving all the tables... and even still he provided excellent service with a smile! We had the Yuka bites, mahi tacos, Long Island ice teas, and an ice cream Sunday for dessert and everything was very good and the presentation was lovely!

Bar Flemenco is exceptional. Chef Luz and her team made exquisite breakfasts, lunches and dinners. This should be the locals top restaurant. Chef Luz and team were intentional and thoughtful in providing their creative menus. The Bar Flemenco should be the flagship of the hotel. The shrimp fettuccine and the risotto were among the best dishes. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem. Thank you Chef Luz and team for such excellent food and service.

Wow great food, and Carlos Amado the Bar tender. Made the best Moscow mule. Must try. He gives really good service.

SoulEdge: Another Chance to feel Alive. Arrived there by 11 am. They do serve breakfast in the early morning. I met Kyra, who gave me excellent service, I gave her a $10.00 tip. I ordered the Cheesecake cake with chocolate drizzle. All American Cheeseburger, and Garlic Shrimp Fettuccine. The hot sauce on the side of plate is a nice touch. My one concern was despite I'm minding my own business, looking at my smartphone. A Columbian guy with glasses observed me and said in Spanish "Pegado a el pantalla." Aka "Glued to the screen. I had to mention that to Kyra. And yes I kept my cool. And he again looked at me, and I said "What?!?" He then left me alone. Yes the blue metallic glass windows blends in well with the white building. This visit dedicated to my German American ex girlfriend. Cue in the songs : Avril Lavigne Rock N Roll (Clean Radio Edit) [Audio] by AvrilRockTV and Nine Lives by Aerosmith. ???????? ????????

While staying at the HGI, I stumbled into the Bar Flamenco and the girl behind the bar, Chloe, was an absolute delight. She made great drinks, was very entertaining and actually made me want to sit and stay awhile. As the only woman at the bar, which lots of women try to avoid, it was comfortable, welcoming and lifted my spirits after a long day away from home. Would absolutely go back anytime. Keep up the great work!
